Clients include global, national and medium sized companies in every business sector, and public sector organisations. Assignments cover a broad range of topics in the areas of strategy development, setting direction, strategy execution support and organisational development.

They can last anything from a one day ‘strategy challenge’, through a few weeks’ work on strategy development and execution, to several years on strategy execution and organisational development.

He works at all levels from main board or Executive Committee down to project teams, as appropriate. If the nature of the assignment requires it he teams up with colleagues or associates depending on the expertise required.

His approach is to achieve change by working through the client management rather than just with them. His goal is always to achieve a lasting impact by not just dealing with the immediate problem but building the capabilities of the managers he works with.
